Graduations
Open house season is the busiest stretch of our year. The tent sizes that fit a normal backyard go first, and they go early.
Reserve in February or March. By April the 20x20 and 20x40 are usually gone for the popular weekends.
Sized by the guest list
Count the invitations, then take about seventy percent for an open house where people drift in and out. That is the number to size against, not the invite list.

Every package is a starting point. Swap the bounce house for a dunk tank, add a second cooler, drop the chafers. Call and we will move it around.
When to call
This is what our booking board looks like. It has looked roughly like this every year since tents became the thing that makes a backyard work.
If you are reading this in May and your party is in three weeks, still call. Cancellations happen, and we would rather find you something than have you go without.
Do not forget
Anything with a blower or a warmer needs power from the house. A hundred feet disappears fast across a lawn.
One is never enough once the ice starts going into cups.
A 10x10 over the food table is the cheapest comfort you can buy in June.
Receptacles and liners. Nobody budgets for it and everybody needs it.
Two of them keeps the little ones out of the buffet line entirely.
Everything else can move. The tent is the part that runs out, and once yours is on the board the rest of the order is easy.
