Southwest Michigan weddings have been held under our tents since the 1970s. Bring the date and the guest count. We will bring the rest of it on one truck.

Where to start

The tent decides everything else.

Pick the tent first. Its footprint sets the table plan, the table plan sets the chair count, the chair count sets the linen order, and the lighting follows the ridge line. Get the tent wrong and every number after it is wrong too.

A 20x40 seats about 64 at rounds. A 30x60 seats about 144. A 40x100 seats about 320. Those numbers assume a dance floor and a head table, which is where most online calculators quietly cheat.
