20x40 Pole Tent

What it is

The reception workhorse.

A 20 by 40 foot pole tent: two center poles, a real peak, and a proper canvas ridge. It is the tent under most of the receptions and graduation parties we set up in a year, because it is the smallest size that seats a full guest list and still leaves room to move.

Eight sixty inch rounds fit underneath with a walking aisle. Drop to six rounds and you have room for a dance floor at one end, or a buffet line down one long side. Our crew installs it and takes it down, and the price below includes both.

Delivery and setup

Battle Creek, Kalamazoo, Portage, Marshall, Olivet and Bellevue are routine runs and delivery is quoted with the order. Past 50 miles we still travel, it just needs a conversation about the window.

Somebody should be on site when we arrive to point at where it goes. Ten minutes of your time on install day prevents the two most common problems, which are a tent facing the wrong way and a tent sited over a septic field.
